Who Are We?

Based in London, Roadnight Performance Academy is a new and exciting theatrical arts school for budding young creatives.

Developed by our founder, Henry Roadnight, our goal is simple. We want to create a friendly, exciting, and dynamic environment where young performers can develop their skills, be encouraged to grow and, above all, have fun…. all via the magic of musical theatre.

What Makes Us Unique?

Here at RPA, we know that every child is different, and so we aim to support and encourage each individual with the key focus being on fun and enjoyment for all.

Why? Well, our founder knows from experience that confidence is the key to being a good performer. So, Mr Henry specifically chose to build his school on a foundation in which his students can thrive in an enthusiastic, enjoyable, and engaging setting, while feeling encouraged and supported by their teachers and peers.

By taking this approach as a teacher, Mr Henry has been proud to watch this enjoyment bring with it confidence and new skills, and he couldn’t be more excited to apply this method right here at RPA.

Who is Henry Roadnight?

We’re so glad you asked.

Henry trained at NYMT and Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, and went on to perform in roles such as Buttons in Peter Duncan’s film Cinderella, Rubble in Paw Patrol Live! and Wishee Washee in an actor-musician performance of Aladdin. Later on, Henry also went on to pen his own theatrical productions, including Superhero the Musical and The Third Wheel. Since 2020, Henry has been teaching dance and performing arts at Knightsbridge School, where he has been proud to have produced the infamous “KS Has Got Talent” show and choreographed/directed musical productions including High School Musical, Matilda, Oliver! and Annie.

As any of his colleagues, students, or students’ parents will attest, Mr Henry is a standout teacher in his industry, with a sincere love of performing which shines through his work. At every rehearsal, students can expect comedic, enthusiastic, and exuberant presentations from Mr Henry, perfectly complimented by a sincere care for each individual and passion to help them thrive.
